Presence over performance
There is room for your real experience, not just the version that looks composed.
Meet Chikawa · she/her
Chikawa creates spaces where women and couples can slow down, become more aware of themselves, and experience deeper, more honest connection.
Why this work
For many women, life becomes full in ways we never expected. We learn to achieve, care for others, meet expectations, and keep moving. Somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with ourselves.
Authentic Relating offered Chikawa another way: slowing down, becoming present, and meeting herself with curiosity rather than judgement. From that place, more meaningful connection with others could grow.
Today, it is a privilege for her to share these practices with others.
“I don’t believe anyone needs fixing.”
Her approach
Chikawa’s role is not to provide every answer. She guides conversations and experiences that invite awareness, presence, honest expression, and compassionate connection.
Every workshop and coaching session is an invitation, never an expectation. Your pace, comfort, boundaries, and way of participating are welcome.
What guides the work
Not rules to perform, but qualities we can return to together.
There is room for your real experience, not just the version that looks composed.
Questions can open possibilities that quick answers sometimes close.
Relationship grows through honest moments, not flawless ones.
Every invitation includes the freedom to pause, adapt, participate, or pass.
