About this gathering
What becomes possible when we slow down and meet one another with curiosity?
Authentic Relating Games are simple, guided exercises that invite us to become more present with ourselves and with others. Through playful interactions and meaningful conversations, we’ll explore new ways of listening, expressing ourselves honestly, and connecting beyond our usual social habits.
There is no pressure to perform or share more than feels comfortable. Every invitation is optional, and you are encouraged to participate at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you’re completely new to Authentic Relating or have attended many gatherings before, you’re warmly welcome.
